2012 was a year of record-breaking wins, the most epic of fails, and legends made.
But who gets your vote? Perhaps it’s Antonio Esfandiari’s $18 million triumph at the Big One for One Drop, Phil Hellmuth’s 12th and 13th bracelets, or even Howard Lederer’s now-infamous video interviews.
We’ve consulted, discussed, thrown out, reinstated, chewed up and spat out, then started all over again, and ended up with a list of nominees for the most prestigious awards in poker. All that’s left for you to do is pick your favourite from each of our categories and submit them.
