Boylepoker.com International Poker Open starts Friday
The Boylepoker.com International Poker Open is perhaps the most eagerly anticipated low stakes tournament of the year. The €230 buy-in event attracted 1,386 last year and a similar number of players are expected this year. They’ll all be trying to emulate Dutchamn, Luke Martens who won the event last year, scooping €51,350 – that’s some ROI%.
The tournament starts Friday 19th October, Day 1B is the Saturday with players from both flights combining on Sunday 20th. The tournament will then play down until the final table, which will take place on the 10th November at a location that is yet to be decided.
It’s not late to qualify, there’s a 20 seat guaranteed satellite on Friday at 8pm on Boylepoker. The International Poker Open will have a feature table that will be streamed live online and the tournament will also trial a system called EVCount which will power the live updates and collate all chip counts, records bustouts, Tweets, blinds, new players, big hands, news and even feeds streaming commentary.
