Rob Salaburu Continues To RunGood

October Niner Rob Salaburu will be sporting the wares of poker-themed clothing company RunGoodGear at this month’s WSOP Main Event final table after the group confirmed that he was signing on as their official brand ambassador.

The Texan, who enters the final table seventh in chips, will wear apparel from RunGoodGear’s online store along with the site’s signature patch as he bids to become this year’s WSOP Main Event champion and capture the $8.5 million 1st prize.

“The RunGoodOffice and I are ecstatic that Rob agreed to help represent our company,” said Tana Karn, founder and president of RunGoodGear.com. “We hope to send him all the run-good we can muster for his final table stretch into poker history.”

To commemorate the partnership, RunGoodGear have even created a special Salaburu-themed t-shirt with “You Lost Bro” written on the front of it in tribute to a memorable quote made by the player as David Balkin mistakenly thought he’d won a pot.

In the hand, Balkin failed to notice that Gaelle Baumann’s top pair had improved to the nut flush by the river and had triumphantly tabled a set of tens before wheeling away to his fans on the rail to celebrate – with Salaburu happy to be the bearer of bad news.

Hopefully for Salaburu’s sake he’ll be a little more attentive than Balkin when his time to shine comes this weekend and his RunGoodGear will help him on his way to WSOP glory.
