Full Tilt poker is back...for play money

Full Tilt poker is now available to download and players can play for play money until the site re-launches on November 6th.

When players download the software there are additional security checks in place, this reporter had to enter the long number on the front of his bank card that was registered to Full Tilt – so awkward if yours has expired or changed since it closed – and also accept new terms and conditions.

Full Tilt’s poker room manager Shyam Markus said: “The next few days are more of a beta test than anything. We'd love it if you would log on and play (even if you hate play money) to make sure everything is running smoothly before the real money re-launch. Try the new features (listed below) and try to break something.”

The new features Markus speaks of include: the ability to ‘pair’ your Full Tilt and PokerStars accounts so you can transfer money between the accounts, new double and triple chance tournaments and the ability to ‘add table’ at all heads-up ring games and SNGs so you can play the same opponent at multiple tables.
